Process Engineer position:

Process Engineer is a professional with the plastic production (ideally in extrusion) experience who is focused on technology but is also capable to deal with the people. He/she can convince the management to accept his/her improvement idea and also explain the necessary changes to production operators. He/she can be also a graduate from chemical/technical faculty capable to learn quickly to compensate his/her lack of experience from real production environment. He/she should have an analytic thinking, systematic approach, looking for stable carrier in global, multinational company. English in both oral and written form is a standard part of his/her daily communication.

Job description:

• Develops and optimizes technology equipment
• Identifies procedural, qualitative and technological shortcomings and eliminates them
• Manages ongoing improvement projects (KAIZEN)
• Planning and implementing investment projects (CAPEX), identifying and managing development tasks
• Actively searches, tests and introduces new sources of raw materials
• Cooperates with technology vendors (IT, control systems, technology parts)
• Tacks trends and developments in the field (PVB foils) and brings new ideas

Requirements for Process Engineer candidate:

• Higher education (Master degree/Ph.D) in technical / chemical direction (focusing on plastic is an advantage)
• Fluent English in oral and written form
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Lean, Six sigma tools, statistical methods and ISO standards
• System thinking, analytical approach
• Active approach, ability to negotiate, independence,
• Practice in the field of plastic processing technology is an advantage
• Driving license
